Where i live there arent any gyms nearby. and i can't drive. I need excecise badly because im feeling weak and lazy everyday staying at home. here are some info about my situation:
around my place, there are parks and gardens where i can go during the day,
i have a bike
i have no one to go excercise with me(sister at school parents at work)
there are no dance classes around where i live or any places for training

i need to get my butt of this bed now im getting cramps from pms and all other bad experiences. im not used to being in the house like this without moving aroung too much, im still looking for work and school doesnt start until september im new here in england just arrived 3 months ago.

okay those were the facts, please help me!

Start with about 10 pushups, increase five more each day. Then about 25 sit ups or crunchies each day. Stretch your legs and arms each day, too. Do about 15 jumping jacks each day. And that will be a good workout. And try to do a little more of each every day.

You could try plates' I think it is spelled right. They have these balls with plates' videos to do exercise at big chain or health stores which somehow works for a lot of women. Good Luck finding a good exercises program or partner to go with you on a exercises binge.

crunches, lie flat on your back with your hands by your side and make your feet do a bycicle movement and also jump rope, push up, cut the sugar if you are obviously trying to loose weight!

Do you have stairs in your house? I usually just run up and down the stairs at my house. I know it sounds silly, but it does work for me. Also, you could just do some walking in your neighborhood. Some sit ups and push ups are also good for you. :)

jump rope walk trough the parks ride bike push ups anything to move!!!!
