Turn all your accessories off in the car and attach the driver's seat belt to disable the warning chime. Turn the ignition key to run, so all the red dash lights are on and listen for a buzzing from the back end of the car. This will last for between 2 and 5 seconds. If you don't hear a buzz, check to see if you have power going to the fuel pump. I have seen new fuel pumps go defective. If you do hear the buzz, it may be as simple as a frozen fuel line after the cold temperatures. Pour 2 bottles of gas line antifreeze in the tank, wait 2 to 3 hours and try restarting it.
