First of all sorry to break it to you but are you sure he didn't trick you because he might have known he was moving and just played a sick joke on you? This you only know and if your sure he wasn't just playing around then ask his friends about him find out about him and track him down! And if you can't find out anything about him then try to forget about him because if you don't all it'll do is hurt you!

mail a letter to the address he used to live at with his family's name. they should have mail forwarding to the new address where ever that is. then in your letter tell him you miss him and tell him to write back with his new address or have him call you.
