Not to be rude, but what makes you think they need it? My husband is over there right now and he is so sick and tired of people sending unwanted things to him and his friends. Let them do thier jobs. If you want to help, go to a legitimate website and donate money for a real care package or better yet find a way to help those of us left behind.

Obviously the ones who gave me a thumbs down do not have family overseas and have NO IDEA how difficult it is to be constantyl harrassed by people. They just want to do thier jobs and come home for a little bit before they have to return again. Guess I'm just tired of the whole damn issue.

There is a website called anysoldier.com. There is a listing of soldiers from all branches of the service, where they post names and units who are requesting letters, care packages etc... You can scroll through the list, see who needs what, and go from there. Good Luck.

I'd say a good place to start is by contacting your nearest Red Cross office.
