Put some plain yoghurt straight from the fridge on your cheeks.Leave on till dry.Wipe off gently w/ soft damp washcloth, and reapply through out the day.Be careful w/ the lotion if scented, can make the burn sting. And a cool shower not hot.

First of all it isn't the end, it may feel like it, but it isn't. So please relax,,,don't use Jergen's, the alcohol content is not beneficial to sunburn. Do you have cucumbers or potatoes on hand perhaps? Cut a potato or cucumber, it helps swelling and circles under your eyes, there is a good possibility those same chemicals might moisturize your skin subtly, and perhaps, it might pull some of the burn out as well.
Let me know if you try it, and let us know if it works.

Take a shower, put tons of lotion / moisturizer on afterwards.
