How do I tell her to shut up! There's furniture moving, her screaming and even stuff in my room rattles! She's always making noise but I've gotten used to it, I just can't get used to the sex noises!

I know exactly how you feel and it makes me feel ill. Every time her boyfriend is over they are at it. And it is always at bedtime. You hear him telling her what positions to get in (because the stupid tart never put down underlay when she put in laminate flooring) and you hear all the grunts and the bed hitting off the wall (note to anyone with a loose headboard - move it two inches away from the wall and it wont bang). Its not just that I can hear everything - her son sleeps in the next room which I think is digusting.
When her boyfriend isnt over she has got the washing machine on late at night (1am - 3am) and she is constantly playing loud music and having drunken fights - an all round cr*p neighbour.
I have asked her to not have her washing machine on so late and she retaliated by trying to smash my windows
She is all class.
I move out at the start of may and I cant wait!!!

Gosh, I hate it when this happens.... you could play loud, weird music aimed at her floor... or report her to the landlord (if you have a noise clause in your lease)... or call the police and tell them you think someone is being hurt (hopefully the police will show up right in the middle of all the sex noises)... or you could write a note describing what you hear and how it disrupts your life. I did that once and my neighbors were so embarrassed (they had no idea anyone could hear them below) that they stopped.

I feel for you. I have that problem in reverse. When it's good, it's difficult for me to be quiet, then when it's over, I mentally berate myself for being loud, hoping that no one heard. Perhaps your neighbor doesn't mean to be loud, but she can't help it to an extent. I can suggest slipping her a friendly note stating that while you appreciate that she has a fulfilling sex life, you simply wish she could have it in a way that doesn't make you a third party to it. Don't sign it. Let her wonder who sent it, since most assuredly you are probably not the only one who can hear her.

Play the 1812 Overture really loud.
Oh! Just remembered. A mate of mine used to make sex noises, when he was alone, to make his neighbours jealous....

Hey, you and your lover, get together and show them how its done...Ha Ha just a funny.
Just explain to them how it disturbs those around them.
Take a recording and confront them nicely and play the recording to let them know how loud it is.
Maybe, you know, when you are caught up in the orgasmic moment you don't pay attention the sound just the sexual excitement...You know what I mean.
Peace......

Man that's gotta be frustrating!! you shouldn't have to hear them and vice versa. I was driven nuts by door slamming and now live in a detached coz it drove me nuts!! Wind up some music when she's at it, this in turn could put her off pending the music?? She may learn to quieten down??

Doncha love old buildings? The problem is old floors. My recommendation is to get a pair of headphones and listen to some fun music during these exercises.
If you have extra money, these headphones are fabulous noise-cancelling, but they are expensive.

Get like a webcam that only does sound and set up a web site for perverts to "listen in".
You could coin a fortune!

Next time you see her say "Well, it sure did sound like you had a good time last night." You can then be friendly and get all the girlie details (maybe a new friend) and she'll get the hint.

Have your own sex session and stop worrying about that.
They are loving each other aloud. That is good.
Get a partner and love him aloud as well. That is good
