I find that I'm tired a lot. I've heard exercise will make you feel more energized. Is there anything else I can do, short of popping uppers and downing Red Bull?

A good night sleep is very important. Regular exercise is good for you too. I would avoid engergy drinks like Red Bull or Monsters. If you could get a 7-8 hours good night sleep. Excercise about 45mins to 1 hours two to three times a week. Your energy level should rise. Good luck. :)

You could take a little nap at some point during the day if you have time. That always helps me.
