I just looked at all the questions you've posted.....I think maybe you DIDN'T lie to your teacher.

Teachers can't consider yourself disabled without documentations from a doctor or psychologist that proves that your mentally handicapped. If you simply tell your teacher that your mentally handicapped she can't take you seriously without going through the process. So if your teacher was naive enough to believe that your mentally handicap without test results, show documentation or test results that prove your not mentally handicapped. Otherwise you can talk to the special education department or school psychologist telling them to write to your teacher that your not mentally handicapped based off the fact there are not any test results to prove it. Below I have sources to verify my answer. So pretty much your school just broke some federal laws by putting you in special education without documentation to prove it.
FOLLOW UP-If this scenario is the result of purposefully failing IQ testing then admit to your teacher and school psychologist of your intentions of failing an IQ test and then talk to your parents about having it retaken.

Dude I am sorry to say it but your busted. Now they are going to do tests on you to prove you a mentally retarted. Maybe even move you to a special education class. If I were you, I would come out clean and tell the truth. It would be better to do it now then later.

there is no way the teacher fell for that and if she did she is probably mentally retarded her self- that is the oldest trick in the book dont worry about it.
