I'm 14 and i weigh 112lbs and I'm only 5'1! how can i tone my body or loose weight? any tips or websites would be greatly apprieciated. I get called fat a lot and i believe im the fattest of all of my friends.
its not that I want 2 be a size 0 I think that that is too skinny. I would just like 2 have a little nicer body for when it comes 2 dresses, skirts, and swim suits. and of course the obvious boyz

This is a great goal. You are willing to put in some work in order to get in shape but you don't have unrealistic goals and want to be so skinny that you'll turn anorexic. I would stay away from the internet for advice as far as a specific workout plan because there is not regulation and people could tell you anything. Instead, sign up for a pilates or weightlifting or boot camp class at a local gym. If that's too expensive for you, go to the local library or bookstore and see what they have. Look for a book that combines workouts with healthy, balanced eating--don't fall for short diets where there is no excercise involved.

I would reccommend: Toning for Teens. The author is really good and she also has an eating healthy and moderately plan included.

Lastly, tell a parent or guardian, and who ever goes to the supermarket what you are doing. It may be embarrassing to say that you want to get in shape but once you do the support that they can give will only help. You might even get a parent or friend to join a class with you.

Wow who is telling you that you are fat? I am 5'' and I weight 110 and I sure as heck am not fat. If someone is calling you fat it is just their jealously that is talking. I can understand that you want a tone body because even though you are skinny it helps to work out so you should try maybe going to the gym a few times a week and working or buying a workout video and working out at home. Excerising does make you feel a lot better and will also help you in school because you will have more energy and be much more alert.

Well, I know how you feel because I'm 14 and I weigh about 160 and I'm 5'6" but weighing a lot doesn't mean you're always fat. You could just have big bones like I do. People think I weigh 120 actually. guys I should say lol. But I think that you should just eat smaller portions for like five times a day. If you try like I did, and eat one larger than usual portion a day and that's it, you'll gain more weight. Tone down how much you eat, but eat enough to where you're full then stop.

Or you can just say "f*ck you guys, I'll find someone who likes me for ME" but even I can't do that!

Also, doing crunches is good and other such excersises.

Just go on google and type in weight loss or something.

first of all you don't need to loose weight or listen to the boys... but since you want to know before you start doing anything the first thing oyu might want to do is focus on proportions. rather then eating a whole breakfast at like Denny's pr something only eat half. rather then eating the whole bag of chips eat half... do that for about a month and trust me you'll see a difference. then if you still want results do a sport. Track and soccer basketball and swim team are all great. but don't go on a diet and don't disrespect yourself you're awesome and I'm sure you don't give yourself enough credit. but don't do anything that you'll regret. but seriously think about it because this type of situation could really mess you up.

yeah...i dont thnk ur tht fat, but
1.) DO NOT go anorexic or bulimic
2.) only way 2 lose w8 & tone ur body: excercise & i no dont take advice from a 13 yr old, but i mean it works my "belly fat" is gone & im soooo much more healthier
3.) stop eating all the junk food, eat only 1-3 candy bars, ice cream cones, etc. a day

The best thing is to start eating healthier and excercising regulary for thirty minutes! Hope it helps, but I don't think you are fat maybe you should build up your self esteem a bit, everyone is made different.

im 15 110 lbs and 5'3
kinda same thing? do ab, leg, and butt workouts. guys love nice abs legs and butt. lol. or go running for a while with a friend and its tons of fun.

Hi there , I think less sweets, food much vegitables.
Do your best to make avery body effort , I mean sport hard one, don't musterbate or make a relation.
think much as mental effort will make you slim , worry about anything.

ur not fat. So dont worry about it. I'm 14 and I weigh 114 and I'm 5'3....so your not fat...dont le anyone tell you that at all...
