There is a type of Alzheimer's called "Early Onset" which is genetic and can begin much earlier in life. 20 is a little young. But other things can cause dementia (not just Alzheimer's) and if you think there is something wrong, go to a doctor and have some cognitive testing done. If the tests show impairment, the doctor will probably follow up with blood tests and brain scans to determine the cause.
My dad technically has early onset because he was diagnosed before age 65. Most people are much older, in their 70's and 80's.

It's possible to develop in the 30s but it's extremely rare. Only five to ten percent of people with Alzheimer's Disease show symptoms before the age of 65 and almost all of these people are no younger than 50.

Do you ever watch The Twilight Zone? If you do,
and are at all familiar with the writers for series:
Charles Beaumont, who wrote a total of 22 stories
for it, died from Alzheimer's at the tender age of
38, supposedly because he worked so very fever-
ishly.
(January 2, 1929 - February 21, 1967)
The moral of that story: do not be a workaholic.
It's just not healthy.

No. I have heard that young people in their 50s do get it, but even that is rare.
Here is a great site for information:
