i heard it is over 65 and the early stages at 60

No but Huntingtons Disease has similar symptoms and it's onset is earlier.

There is a type of Alzheimer's called "Early Onset" which is genetic and can begin much earlier in life. 20 is a little young. But other things can cause dementia (not just Alzheimer's) and if you think there is something wrong, go to a doctor and have some cognitive testing done. If the tests show impairment, the doctor will probably follow up with blood tests and brain scans to determine the cause.
My dad technically has early onset because he was diagnosed before age 65. Most people are much older, in their 70's and 80's.
