You should always try to pray on time. Praying late is not that great of course, but not praying AT ALL is MUCH WORSE. So try to pray on time.

NO....DEPENDS ON WHERE IS YOUR LOCATIONS. IF YOU'RE DRIVING THEN YOU CAN PRAY IN YOUR HOUSE. PRAYING VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC IS HYPOCRITES.
