Utorrent is fast, lite (intentionally spelled that way), and efficient. It's a great program that has many features and takes up less than 1 MB of hard disk space. It's fast, so try it; there's nothing to lose by trying it.

Well it depends on 2 things , first your pc and second the type of connection you have I use UTORRENT for my torrents download, but like i said , depends on the pc and connection

Try bitlord or limewire - they are fast and light on the computer
