1. Where are you from?
Soy de Venezuela, Sur América.
I am from Venezuela, South America.
2. Where is your spanish teacher from?
Ella es de Venezuela.
She's from Venezuela (honestly I don't have a spanish teacher, lol)
3. What are you like?
Soy morena, delgada, amistosa.
Im brunette, thin, friendly.
4. What's your best friend like? (By the way, you shouldnt write the (a) after the word "mejor" because this word doesnt have gender, it is a general word that can be use either for man or women. You dont say "mejora amiga", you say "mejor amiga")
Ella es agradable, tambien es morena, es graciosa y tiene un gran corazon.
She's nice, she's also brunette, she's funny and with a big heart.
5. Where are your parents from?
Ellos son de Venezuela
They are from Venezuela.

The previous two answers are correct, only thing is that in nicklett49's answers you should add:

1. Yo soy de...
2. El/Ella es de... (use "El" if it is a he or "Ella" if is is a she)

I'm from Puerto Rico.
2. Where does your spanish professor comes from?
He comes from Puerto Rico.
3. How are you like?
I'm a very happy mom with nothing to do at this moment.
4. How is your best friend?
She is very straight forward opinionated person and a wonderful friend
5. Where does your parents come from?
They come from Puerto Rico
