i had to get it shaved off. a 0 to be exact. before my bangs, if thats what you could call them, reached my eyebrows and the back of my hair reached a little above the middle of my neck. im a dude so how long would it take for my hair to grow back somewhere near the way it was?

In one month, hair grows about 1cm , but that is just average!
Maybe in your case, hair grow up faster !
But don't worry, hair will grow up!

Probably 4-6 Months.....Though it mostly depends on how fast your hair grows....what you should do it wait like a week [or until you can measure it ] and measure how long it is....then multiply it until it equals how long your hair used to be. Though I would say that it will be probably be in between the 4-6 Month Range...GOOD LUCK!

Well hair grows about 1/2" per month so do the math.

well the more attention you pay to your hair the longer it will take for it to grow back. If you act like you forgot the hair will come quicker than you expected it to. trust me I've beem trew all of this before.

i would say maybe two to three mths. my husbands hair grows real quick, so i have to cut his hair every 6-8 weeks--- even after shaving it. like it will be three inches long or so.

oh, ur hair was pretty long..what made u shave them ? :) its gonna take about 4-6 months :)
