i think you actually need to enroll, for them to send it to you. i havent seen a place that sells it. try ebay and compare prices

You can only get ProActiv from them. They don't sell it in stores.

Im not sure if they sell it in stores, but you can order it and they will ship it to you wherever you are ( reasonably) :)
