Hello! I'm not feeling to well. It started last night when I started feeling cold and everyone else was wearing a t-shirt. I was wearing a t-shirt,zip up sweatshirt and a jacket on top of that) and I was still cold!. Then, this morning, I woke up and felt sick. I had a mild sore throat, headache especially when I stand up after sitting for a while, fatigue, kinda stuffy nose and I felt hot and then cold and then hot and then cold, etc. I also had some body aches. Its six 45 and I'm freaking tired and I got up at 8 (which is sleeping in for me!). My stomach feels kinda sore, not like I'm gonna be sick, just enough to make me feel sick and uncomfortable at times. Anyways, I would appreciate your ideas on what I could have.

Thnx!

I don't think its something I ate, because my friend had the same thing I ate, and he isn't, and he wasn't cold last night like I was.

Sounds more like the flu. With the flu, you generally have a high fever, over 102 degrees F, body aches, fatigue, chills, and some congestion. See your doctor as soon as possible because there are medications that can lessen the severity and the length of the flu. Until you can, Tylenol (Acetaminophen) or Advil (Ibuprofen), taken following dosing instruction, can help with the fever and body aches. Drink plenty of fluids!! You can easily dehydrate during fever and make your symptoms worse. If drinking makes you nauseous, try Popsicles and ice cubes.

Good Luck.

You most likely have the flu.
Usually fever-chills and body aches is more than just a cold, it's influenza.
take something for the fever, and if you're not feeling better in a few days, see the doc.
