What are the laws for pee testing in school facilities or on campus? Probable cause and such. What are the laws for police officers catching you while you're high but you arent possesing any actual marijuana?

This would depend on the laws in your state and the interpretations of 4th Amendment laws in your state and your federal court circuit.
In CA we can obtain a test if there is sufficient cause to believe you are under the influence of a controlled substance. However, the threshold for marijuana is about the same as for alcohol, so the person has to be a danger to himself or others before a crime has occurred. However, a school can hold to a lesser policy and might be able to boot a student off campus for simply smelling like marijuana or looking like they toked up.
Urine is evidence. If you are high, the police can ask for it. Lacking that, and depending on state law and local policy, they can also ask or forcibly draw blood for the evidence.
The moral of the story? Don't toke up on campus or at any time you are going to or from anywhere near the school.

For pee testing in school facilities or on campus: There must be a given date they cannot just pee test you w.o any notice and if you are under 18 there must be approval by a guardian.
Police Officers Catching You While High but You Have Nothing On you: The smell is a probable cause for a search. If you have no evidence they can't get you with anything but if you do have an empty baggy or a used pipe they can get you with a paraphanaila(sp?) charge

In my state of Mississippi they drug test all athletes regularly in middle school, high school, and college. As for the part about being high and not having anything on you... we had a kid arrested for possession of marijuana after he smoked it. The police officer brought him to us at the jail on that charge and yes he did test hot for marijuana during the piss test. So just because you don't have it on you but you are high you can be arrested. My advice for you is to not smoke it and you'll have no worries.

you can be as high on weed as you want to be as long as your not driving or have any weed or weed paraphernalia on you. They can't arrest you. I don't know about school laws. Different school districts in different states might be different.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ON CAMPUS, BUT IF YOUR STONED BUT DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ON YOU HOW WILL THEY KNOW OR PROVE IT THEY CAN'T PEE TEST JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE SUSPICIOUS UNLESS YOUR IN H.S. NOT COLLEGE THEN I GUESS I'TS UP TO YOUR PARENTS TO DRUG TEST AS IT SHOULD BE AND THE SCHOOL MABEY BUT FIRST THEY NEED TO GET YOUR PARENTS PERMISSION
