I take it you saw that special on the discovery channel about the tomb of Jesus. No I don't think resurection is real. SOme people do though base on this account. However, other christian refer to when Jesus "resurected" as the spirit of Jesus and not the actual physical body. Their proof is that he said do not touch me for X or Y reason. But no you can't be resurected once you get passed a certain point of being dead. Nor you would want to after all the brain damage you would had suffered.
Other sects of christianity as well as other religion think that you should not cremate a body so that you can get resurected on the second coming. But what about the people that desintegrate like they burn, get eaten by animals, explore so on and so forth.

Jesus Christ the second member of The Godhead speaks of Two resurrections John 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
