Yes! Many times when a guy asks this, it means he likes you and wants you to like him back. I recently found someone that way. He kept asking, so I told him, and he admitted to liking me, too! Just think of it like this: If you don't tell him, he won't know, and if he doesn't know, then how is he going to ask you out? <3

Don't tell him unless u r sure he likes u. this has happened to me before. U don't want him to take advantage of u - he already has a girlfriend. When u tell him how u feel, u make ur self vulnerable.

tell her to tell him that yes she likes someone, but I can't have him since he has a girlfriend and give him a fake name but that starts with the same letter of his name. Hope it works out!

hmm. just be like teasingly be like "you! ha" and see his reaction and if he goes "are you serious?" and you could say "do you want that to of been serious?" and yeah.
take it from there. dont be afraid.
seriously, it works out. i had that happen and he knew he liked me but he never was mean about it.
until the end but thats cuse thats him.
