Ok why would I be trying to copy them? I think they look cute and it would look good on this one hairstyle that's why I'm asking. And no it's not for a ponytail I don't like those. It's for a bun

I said 'like' one time. If you're going to be rude don't even answer the question

You can use most kind of ribbon. Claire's just want to charge you extra money and sell you a hairband for like $3.00 when you could get a whole roll of it in craft stores. (but soft, silkier ribbons works better than stiff plastichy ones)

But if you get those with wire edging, make sure you take out the wire first.

Hey, actually i do wear ribbons in my hair sometimes. The kinds i use are silk and very soft, also they are not big ribbons. I usually wear ribbons that come from Juicy Couture or Burberry purchases. They are on the box and i just take it off and wear it =] Or you can go to Michael's and buy ribbon-they have tons of selections.

Yes, there's different types of ribbons. Hair ribbons are soft. Try going to Joann or Michaels or any other cloth/fabric store. Also, try accessory stores, like Chloe's. Ribbons for wrapping are stiff whereas hair ribbons are soft and flexible.

you use satin ribbons sold at craft stores. You don't want to use the ribbons used for wrapping because it's stiffer.
