... cause he said he'd show me around... but instead he told me he thought it over and he doesn't think it's a good idea... the place he works at is really really laid back so I don't see a problem... but he really seems to have a problem with showing me around or even introducing me to some work friends... is that normal? We've been together for years so I don't know why he's acting funny about something so small... and it's not like I'm some ugly gross chick or something... I can't help but take it personally... it doesn't make sense to me... help!

Well... he's a really nice guy... he said he thinks it's weird that I want to see where he works...
It sounds like he's scared of what people will think of him if he shows me his office... but I don't know why he would be scared of that...

Hmm well it's possible that if he just started there that he wants to keep up a professional image. So it really might be nothing to do with you, honestly. On the other hand maybe there's a chick there he flirts with so he doesn't want her to know he has a gf/he wants to avoid any awkward situations. Anything is possible really. Maybe ask him in a few days or so, tell him it's bothering you, or just wait and see if he wants to show you around when he's been working there longer.

O my! this is what COULD be going on.. b4 he said he would show you around right.. well that was b4 he met the girl that works there.. and she proly ask him if he was single at some point and he mummbled "yeah" so now you can see that he cant show you around now.... or everyone knows he is lieing.. if i was you id keep pushing the fact.. dont let him think you know whats up do your investigateing first.. cause as much as you should trust him.. he is a guy.. and guys are 90% assholes.. at some time or another.. so done say he is cheating on you that will ruin your relationship.. because maybe he is emberrest of his work.. and doesnt want you to know he works in that kind of place... those are the only two reasons i can think of with the info you provided.. but the first one sounds more accuret dont ya thikn? i hope not for your sake.. good luck. and let me know how it works out
