Um, evolution isn't "just a theory". It's a SCIENTIFIC theory. The word 'theory' when applied in a scientific context is not the same as when it is applied in any other context.
We know evolution happened and is happening - we're just not 100% certain about its methods.

People make up lies, and many people believe in lies they like. People like the evolution theory b/c that means there is no God. If there is no God then they don't have to obey one. They can do whatever they want b/c they are just something that evolved from absolutely nothing.
