My brother keeps on threatening to kill our maltese because he pees on the floor and we are in the middle of house training him and my brother gets mad at my mom for letting him do that, he has no control over it. what should we do to make my brother understand that he is a dog and we are trying?

Maybe your mother could give him a detailed description of his own adventures in potty training and then tell him the dog is part of the family now and he needs to back off.

You didn't say how old the brother is, but it makes me wonder who is running this house your mom or your brother. And where is the dad in this. The way I see things here is that your mother better put this brother of yours in his rightful place before it gets out of hand. What I see is the brother needs more training than the dog. I feel your brother needs an attitude adjustment

Tell your brother dogs are human friends and then throw your brother to your neighbor' yard.

I had to give everyone a thumbs up on that don't know how you will pick a best answer as they are all good. Your brother is a jerk and should be treated as such. send him to therapy!!!
