what hair color makes your face look skinnier?

i kno its all about the haircut but someone told me that black hair makes face look longer and skinnier, idk wat hair color makes face look rounder, some say also black and blond so im confuse now.

If you lose weight you wont have to worry about the hair color, but I heard that if you get a hair cut that frames your face it gives the face a slimmer look.
