what does "un rachero" and "un guajoté" mean in english?

Un ranchero is : a farmer
Un guajote is badly written spanish. Un guajolote is: A turkey

un ranchero means a farmer.

Un guajote? have no idea but it seems to be a word used by either in Spain or Center America.

ranchero = rancher

also cook or kitchen attendant (of a regiment, a prison, etc.)

guajote = I am afraid it is a Mexican slang, so I don´t know, but by the sound I would say it is somebody stupid or idiot.
