First question is , my mom has a chihuahua. She is fixed now, but still very active and cranky at times. She snips and bites someitimes.
Second question is this.. we have a Boston Terrier/Border Collie and he snores. Is this normal? He has done this since he was a baby. I don't think anything is wrong, but we find it kinda funny, coz he can sure snore loud.

The chi, nips and is cranky because it gets her what she wants and always has. You could take her to basic obedience training and get some control over her.
The boston/border snores because his nose (now without seeing him I'm only guessing) is most likely pugged and the short nosed breeds like the boston often have snoring problem brought on by the narrow passages in the nose. Bet we could have a good contest, my snoring cat and your dog.

Yes it is a normal trait of the Chihuahua to be yappy, nippy and feisty. There isn't much you can do about that because it's like almost all Chihuahua's. I guess if it is really bad, you could ask a professional dog trainer what they think about this. Or maybe a dog behaviorist would be better. Otherwise, just ask her vet what they suggest you can do with the feisty little girl.

As the Boston has a "squished" face, it is very normal for Boston and Boston mixes to snore. Even if they aren't Bostons or have a "squished" face, most dogs snore so it's normal.

Dogs like human can snore. I know Bulldog are notorious for snoring (trust me I know I have 2 that sleep in my bed every night.) My St. Bernard also snore quite often and my other two dogs, A German Shepherd and a Dobie mix, both snore on occasion.

The dogs are too youthful to be well-being examined and you haven't any longer reported it on your submit. have you ever looked as though it would see what each and each breed ought to be well-being examined for? i do no longer think of you're coping with what in the event that they breed, that is extra like whilst they breed. Your female might have a silent warmth and you will have puppies approximately 60 + days later. on account which you're no longer well-being sorting out those dogs, have you ever made plans for retaining all the doggies in the event that they are deformed or sick? a guy or woman who cares approximately their dogs would not placed 2 of them at the same time and bypass their palms hoping for the excellent. They make plans for what might bypass incorrect and discover properties for the puppies earlier they breed. Why might you prefer to reproduce mixed breeds whilst the kilos are packed with them?

Alot of dogs snore mine do! It can be worse in some dogs if they have a recessed nose but they all do it.
I think that Chihuahua's just get so excited that they express it by nipping and biting. I have never seen one that doesn't.

1. I think most chihuahuas are very active. But as for the biting, you need to she dominence and train her not to do that. Being fixed has nothing to do with the problems.

2.There is nothing wrong with your dog. It is perfectly normal.
