What do u do to gain sawab ie good deeds that you do only for the sake of Allah. How can I love my parents more when I need a feel to disconnect sometimes coz they are shouting at me for almost very small things that makes me cry so what I DO IS DISCONNECT with them internally. To love them I must be conected. How may I do this at the same time not feel hurt at what they say?

Also my mom tells me bad things about ppl and I dont like back biting she says "I am not back biting , I just feel the need to express my inner feelings coz Im hurt" anD ussually its dads relatives or dad that she talks really really bad about. I dont want to do this? I she right to do so?? What should i SAY TO STOPP HER WITHOUT BEING RUDE??
Plz help..MY DAD DOES ALOT FOR ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY. Hw does have flaws like all rest of us and maybe ones that mom dislikes most due to her dislikes.

I feel for you. I know a lot of people in the same situation as you.
You must remember that the Holy Quaran says that you must obey your parents, no matter what, especially your mom, because of how much it took to raise you. You seem like a really nice and thoughtful person, and remember that your parents helped you get to where you are now.
Whenever this happens, just be calm and do whatever you need to do for the pleasure of Allah. And keep praying to Allah (swt) so that InshAllah He will guide you the right way, and help you with your parents.
May Allah guide you and your parents, and Allah knows best.

As Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has said, Paradise lies in your mother's feet, it is our duty to respect our parents. The Quran says don't even say "uf" to your parents. ("uf" is the slightest expression of unhappiness or anger). I am put to the same situations sometimes. When that happens, I control my anger and think about all the good that my parents have done for me, right from bringing me up as a child to education me to making me whatever I am today, and my anger goes off like a bubble.

The only way is to think that they do it for your own sake. Look around you and see how many orphans despirately need someone to guide them. How many children raised for a single parent without having a stable family that guide them. You should really feel grateful that they are concerned about you
