MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE!
The moment your body is dry from a shower... put lotion on. When you wake up in the morning, before you even walk out of your bedroom, put lotion on (if you're not going to take a shower of course). Before you go to bed, put lotion on.
As far as something to help in the shower, try the Oil of Olay Body Butter shower cream. http://www.olay.com/boutique/olaybodycleansing/products/os1028
The stuff is absolutely AMAZING! It's the first and only product that actually does what it claims to do. You smell fabulous and your skin feels fabulous. There are 3 different types, so try em all to see which one works the best for you. Also make sure that your water isn't too hot when showering. Though the heat may feel good, too much heat drys out your skin very quickly!
Grab a travel size bottle of lotion and keep it in your purse! Good luck!

Maybe you are allergic? Try some all-natural stuff in your hair, or just plain baking soda, which actually does work really well, and shower gel (never soap, not even for shaving! Use conditioner for shaving, that really works too) with an exfoliating loofah, and use lotion once you're dry. Or maybe the hot water is irritating your skin? Try warm, not hot.

This happens to me sometimes. Not very bad, but sometimes annoying. For you back and arms, your skin may be just dry, or red. For dryness use skin cream, if there is red-ness consult a doctor for a medicine to use! I would also talk to your hair cutter/barber, and see if they reccomend something. Talk to your friends, plus family and see what they use IF they have the same problem! I doubt what you have is serious, so no worries! Hope you feel less itchy!

LUBE, LUBE, LUBE Use non scented lotion and from a jar not the squeeze bottles. And don't take really hot showers that is a huge cause of it.
