My chihuahua has all of a sudden just an hour ago started whimpering and squealing when you touch either of her front legs. It is sunday so the vets office is closed and need something to help her cope until tomorrow morning! Please give some input! I know tylenol can kill them so i dont know what to do. thanks

To be on the safe side, call the vet emergency they can tell you over the phone what to give her until you can see your vet. They are very good about things like that. Don't be taken anyone advice in here all dogs are different they can be given you the wrong advice. Please just call the vet emergency.. If you vet is close sometimes they have an emergency number you can call on their answering machine.

Check her legs to see if they are broken in any places..was she hit by a car or what has happened?I would probaby give her a half of a baby asprin and try to find a emergency vet open.

if u absolutely can't find a 24 hr. emergency vet, if u ccan get to w walmart, or retailer of that sort, they do sell dog aspirin, with the correct dosage on the label for dog size and per lb.

when are dog was in pain the vet told us that we could give her childs tylenol in liquid form only but we also have pugs

if it is a small dog, give it 1 childs asprin...you are right, no tynenol. That can kill your dog.
