Well that depends on what you want to use the CD in. I doubt if you're burning a regular CD that you'll get too many songs more than 20, because of the 80 min limit, but some cd players are capable of running mp3 cd's, where you can burn over a hundred songs using the mp3 cd format. The only problem is that so few devices support the mp3 format, and it will not run in all cd players. That's your choice, but if you have devices that support the format, use a program like Nero, or run a search for a program that can burn mp3 cd's. Check the one on your computer, it might support it.

burning a music cd that has more than 20 songs has less to do with the program you use and more to do with the space the cd has. Normal CD-Rs that you buy have 700mb of space (80 minutes). I don't know if its possible to find a cd that has more than that, Ive never tried, but I just use windows media player to burn my cds. Once you start selecting songs to put on the cd, it tells you how much time is left on it.

I use iTunes. It is easy to understand and navigate. It depends on the format, as said, and if you want to use on iPod later as well. No rental fees, straight 99 cents each song.
