There are a few ways. If you're already a client of the local telephone company, the name will be on the bill... or you can hit "0" on the phone and you'll be connected to the operator who can tell you. Generally there is only one local telephone company in a certain area.
If you arn't subscribed to a telephone service yet, they will be listed in a local phone book.

There are cable operators corresponding to virgin which is able to offer the service however you are going to must be in a cable zone so investigate on the virgin website. If now not then you're going to be stuck with ADSL because of this bt line condo.
