I wouldn't pick him up, and I woudn't litter him either, and there are no littering laws in the forest, or if there are so what?
If a whole bus load of church people went off the road and fell in the forest, I would save them and then they would thank Jesus for saving them, never mind he's been dead for hundreds of years.

Well - If the Atheist fell in the deep forest, they might not be found for a while, but definitely pick them up, if you happen to stumble across one.
