How can I replace a missing 'FBH_Rsrc.dll' file ?

I recently uninstslled NTL Netguard from my PC and now everytime I try to open internet explorer it says 'Fatal error - missing FBH_Rsrc.dll'

Every other kind of browser works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE7 several times to no avail. I can't re-download NTL Netguard either as it has now changed to virgin.

Any help would be great thanks.

You are the victim of an uninstall gone bad. You may have to give up on using windows browsers or alternatly reinstall your computer's operating system from the boot disk sorry those are your only options.
