oops sorry I meant countries, what names of the countries (all) in Africa changed? from old to new?

I think you mean countries, not continents.
Some are: Upper Volta became Burkina Faso, Ethiopia was known as Abyssinia in ancient times, Zaire became the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Southern Rhodesia became Zimbabwe.

If you want to take "Continents" for 10 points, Africa used to part of Pangea in the Permian era and and Gondwanaland in the Triasic. Read more:

africa IS a continent. i think you mean to ask which countries have had their names changed. google would be a simple tool to use to find the answer to your question.
