A big container to keep your flour in, and a set of measuring cups. Dont scoop the flour with the cup, this compresses it and it will make the cup contain more flour than you need... rather use a spoon and spoon the flour into the size of measure that you need.

Like baking flour? You just need the right measuring cups, usually they come in sets of 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and 1 cup quantities. They look like big spoons. You open the bag of flour and scoop the flour up with the cup, then push the excess off with your finger back into the bag.

"Scoop and sweep" that's the rule. You should aerate your flour and then scoop it into your measuring cup, mounding it. Then use your finger or the blade of a butter knife and level it off.
