Is it O.K. to pour this over baked chicken breast? Does this sound good or not? I can add pasta but not sure if I should. Any comments would help. Thank you in advance.

I do this all the time...usually I bake the chicken breast in the sauce, not just pour it over the top after it's cooked. I like to serve it with spaghetti or fettuccine, so very good!

You use it the exact same way that you would the sauce you buy from the store. It would just taste better.

homemade pasta sauce is a great thing to have around the house. it doesn't have to be used just on pasta. it is really good on top of chicken or in different dishes. in stuffed shells, veggie sautes and more.

My husband and I typically try to avoid simple carbs...so we have this a LOT...
Chicken and marianara sauce is delicious, if it's more of a creamy sauce that would be even better! Topped with some cheese, you have a hit of a meal!

Sounds like a good idea..you could do a healthy version of chicken parm... it would be great also if you added some sort of pasta.
