i was just woundering what is the legal age to move out of your parents house. my teenage cuzin has a pretty good job and a nice car but he has been wounderin if he could move out of his parents house with out the courts help

No really the LEGAL age for u 2 be out on ur own is 18. How old is ur cousin? he'd probably have no trouble w/ it if he's like 16 or 17 but @ 18... hey it's ur choice!!!

In SC, you can legally move out of your house at the age of 17.

18 is the legal age but jus becuz he has a good job and nice car doesnt mean he cant be replace or repossesd if he wants his own place he needs to have a secure plan and backup jus incase something backfires he needs to b careful not to jump out to quick

I would say 16 years is the answer to your question. Your cousin has visible means of support -ie: a job somewhere to live - and can take care of himself - there is no reason why he cannot move out.
I am fairly sure of this.

17. unless its different for your area. you can move out but they can legally bring you back home if they want to. 18 is when they cant do ****!
