the fact that you had an accident only three weeks ago may have changed your view on the world and now live life to the full and take chances but she is still very young and may not have the same views as you.

be very careful of getting involved for two reasons you work together and she is young. Age really shouldnt matter but she is still immature compared to you and it could cause all sorts of problems.

I wish you the best of luck whatever you decide. everyone needs love

When you were her age, she wasn't in kindergarten yet and just past eating cheerios out of her high chair tray.

She probably still has some growing up to do.

If, after two years, nothing has developed, you should take it as a sign. She's sweet. She's young. She's not as jaded as women your own age. But she's not that into you, dude.

Maybe you should be looking for older women who know some of the same things you do. And won't be so fooled by the tricks of the trade.

Ask her out on a date. Take her to dinner, maybe a movie or stage show and out for a few drinks afterward at a nice club. Show her attention every chance you get by holding her hand or putting your arm around her and if the opportunity presents itself giving her a kiss.
Repeat the above at the first opportunity and suggest that you come in at her place for a nigh cap. If she has a room mate or something, suggest that you go to your place for a night cap.

Stay good friends with her but do not get involved unless she pushes for a relationship, she is very young for you.

Dream as though you will live forever. Live as though you will die tomorrow.
