yes absolultely you should be upset. this person is using you.
She wants you to be available to her at all times and expects that you will not speak with other females, but her rules do not apply to her.
Not only should you be upset, you should end any and all relationship you have with her immediately. She is a user and will only hurt you repeatedly over time.
Also, when you end it, one of two things will happen:
1) She will get extremely angry and never want to speak to you again ( this is good )
2) She will confess that she truly cares for you and is ready to commit to you
If she goes for number two, BEWARE!!!! Users will use every trick in their possession to keep what they consider "theirs" and make no mistake, she consider you "hers" or she would not get jealous.
And remember, she talks to other boys, texts them and when you express your feelings about it, she does NOT respect your feelings enough to even give them credit. Therefore, she sees you as a possession and not a companion.
Ditch her. Do it fast and move on quickly. And remember, the girl of your dreams may walk by and ignore you because you are hanging out with this girl instead. Dont waste your time on her. RUN AWAY! NOW!

I don't know about whole situation but it seems that she is controling you. Do u live together because that is just an other seperate situation. Once you live together you are considered boy firned and girl friends or even an official couple. A lot of people live together for years and they do not even have to get the official marriage certificate. They are already considered married in front of the law and have family and kids. When they get divorced they both get the same share as any married couples. As long as your are not living together in the same house, you are okay I guess!

Well if you tell her you don't want to see her anymore see what she says. I never understand why you guys don't just say. "Why are you acting this way?" It sounds like you want a relationship with her and are ok with just getting a little bit of her time even though she tells you it is just friends stuff. Take that away and see what she does. It also sounds like she is using you to make another guy jealous or to just make sure she is not by herself. Girls or guys who can't be by themselves are ones to avoid. That is just my personal experience.

What she's doing is acting possessive of you and not letting you have a life. My thoughts? She doesn't want you to leave her, but she doesn't want to get to serious. What I would do is ask her, seriously if she wants a relationship better than what you have. If she says no, again, say you need a break and live life on your own for a bit. Obviously, she's got plenty of others to play. Best of luck!

It seems like she wants to have her cake and eat it too. You should already know how that works.. She definitley seems like she craves attention and she will try to control who ever is giving it to her to make her feel good about herself. You seem like you like her and thats a bit hard but to stop the games you either need to confront her or just do you, even if she gets mad! She will soon know your over it!

You should lay out the facts just like you did in this question. Let her know that she cannot have it both ways. You are not there to be dragged around by her. And when you say this to her let her know that you can always do better.:)

That's not a lot of information, but it may have a simple solution: hook up with a girl that likes you to the point where you're not insecure, and treat her with the same respect.

Why should you be upset? Youre not with her. You said it, she told you she doesnt want anything with you. Just act with her like a normal close friend. And if you want to go and flirt with other girls.........then go ahead. No one is telling you not to. Shes not your girlfriend, so who cares. Dont worry.

Have a one-on-one chat with her. Let her know how you feel when she's with the group. Hear what she has to say. If she continues, I suggest you move on and find someone who is able to reciprocate your feelings.
