Yahoo has an article about two people that had to be rescued after falling off a cruise ship. They had to have been doing something stupid to do that. Last week some fat guy had to be rescued after jumping off one. You have to be stupid to do that. I saw a story about a guy that tried to rob a bank, and wrote the hold-up note on the back of one of his own deposit slips. The list can go on and on.

Is not stupidity a result of each person's lack of thinking?
If these people had taken the time to learn God's viewpoint and thinking by studying his word, they would not have done these acts of stupidity.

God didn't make people stupid! Consider this; does it ever cross anyones mind that most of the criminals today are young to late twenties? These people are not stupid, and i would imagine most of them are very smart. Ignored, and probably raised alone most of the time, they do these things for attention. Any kind of attention that they can get! if crime is the only way to get this, then that is the life they choose.

Each of us are judged smart or stupid by others. That said when someone less on the ball than oneself just means that they were trying to tackle a task above their mental capacity. Just think these low intelligent souls make many of us feel Superior - God bless them for without them I would feel depressed.

OK as I understand it, the guy fell off the ship when he slipped on the wet floor of his balcony. people do dumb things and we should be a little more understanding. you never did anything stupid? that you were sorry you did because you couldn't believe how dumb it was? just be glad you're smart enough to be able to have compassion.

i don't think their stupid some are desperate and cant think right, some are just crazy and do crazy things, desperation will make you do things that aren't normally right
