Can anyone supply me with a website that will tell me how to properly cleanse/bless anything? Such as placing the object in sea salt under a full moon.

Sure!

Try witchvox.com
ecauldron.com

Both will give you a basics ritual and then you can add what you need to it.

This is from our local Full Moon Group, and can be used to consecrate/bless just about anything.

RITUAL TOOL/JEWELLERY CONSECRATION

When the Lord and the Lady have joined us in our circle, we will ask for Their blessings as we charge and consecrate the items on the altar. Since this is a full moon ritual we will use a simple chant to raise energy, with accompanying hand gestures:

“The Goddess is above me,
The Goddess is below me,
The Goddess is before me,
The Goddess is behind me,
The Goddess is around me,
The Goddess is within me.”

When the energy has reached an appropriate level, we will direct it onto the altar to infuse the tools and jewellery. Each person will step forward, pick up their item, and present it to the Lord and the Lady with a formal statement of consecration.

For example: “I consecrate you, O knife of steel (wand of wood, necklace of gold, etc)
To cleanse and purify you to serve me within the Circle.
In the names of the Mother Goddess and the Father God,
You are consecrated. So mote it be.”

Or: “By the will of the Lord and the Lady, I have empowered this (item). May Their blessings shine upon and through it always.”

The tool/jewellery may also be consecrated with the elements: by immersing it or touching it to the salt water that was used for purification of the participants earlier in the rite, and by passing it through a cloud of incense smoke from the incense burner.

Hope this helps. :-)

You can also try the concept of "smudging" which isn't hard to look up.
