definetley baking soda and cold water, it's one of the only things that will release the smell and colour, I had a cream carpet and had to do this lots of times!!

sick as in throw up. oxyclean. . purchase in walmart. i use the powder, and very very hot water. follow direction on back. you can buy a small container of it for 3.00. check the label on the the sprays too if you wish. watch reslove. my aunt has light tan carpet and it turned spots white. oxyclean, i have never had a problem with and neither has she.

Try another colour of carpet, its probably the colour that made them throw up!

Spray it with dettol (used to be Dettox) this cleans and neutralises the odour, then wash with warm water to remove the mess.

sprinkle baking soda on sick and soak it in cold water
sponge it up

whatever you do dont get it too wet you will never be able to get rid of the lingering smell xx

try fairy liquid and it has to be fairy, witha little bit of white vinegar, its the best you can get, ask aggie from how clean is your house, she swears by it
