Female dogs will allow a male to mate with her when she's ready and if she's biting at a male she may not be ready to mate yet.

Spay her, as she obviously isn't interested in mating.

The average heat cycle is three weeks or 21-days. In some dogs, it lasts only two weeks while others go four weeks.

P.S. It's ''Labrador''.

They are in season for around 21 days.. She isn't allow him to breed her cause she isn't ready yet.. Closer to day 12 she'll likely allow him to breed.
