Hello, The verb I know from Mexican and Chileno friends is more like chingar. Chinga tu madre! for example. Colombians tell me a bad word in this context is pichar. It is a verb meaning to have sex with a person in every kinky or filthy way imaginable. Chici Chici actually was used on some of those Montey Python or English comedy shows in the 70's or 80's and may have crossed language barriers, I saw English comedy skits like Benny Hill in Colombian television. If you want to call someone an AH and offend them pinche cabron is such a word. What a goat has to do with insults I do not know but that is the way it is. Ijn most cases a girl who is acting like a little tart or prostitute is called a puta. Gay men are called maricons; gay women manfloras and a bunch of them doing their thing in a spa are called (enfechados) not sure of the spelling. That said, they are bad words to use in good company.
