I know I love him, but I don't know if he loves me. The deal is that he thinks I'm too young (we are only one year apart) and he won't give me a straight answer on how he feels about me. We are best friends and yes he knows how I feel. I have suspisions he won't tell me because he does feel the same way, but doesn't want a broken heart. (After this summer we will never see each other again.) I love him more than humanly possible and i NEED to know how he feels, even if it breaks my heart. Please and thnx for any answers!

Just found out 2day!!!!!!!!! He doesn't have to leave!!!! I'll see him again!!!! I'd still like to know how to tell if he loves me back though. Please and thanks for any answers.

The best thing to do is to stop letting him have the power in the relationship. By constantly telling him that you love him and he dosn't feel the same, that is only exposing your vulnerability. A key to remember is guys like a challenge, so now that you know he's not leaving, give each other some space and let him miss you for a while. If he comes back, then you know that he does care about you.It's just hrder for guys to express their feelings verbally. If and when he come back to you, still relax the pressure of him having to tell you that he loves you. Guys like to kick back and chill, they don't like all the mushy things we ladies like to say and do. If none of those things work, let him loose. He doesn't deserve some one as loving as you!!!!!!!

If you have been upfront and honest with him, then thats all that you can do...Now, after this summer...if you are not gonna see him again...make your full-court press for the truth. Confront him however you can. You deserve too know. If you dont, you'll only be cheating yourself, and will regret it as long as you live...

Ask him if he has plans for this summer. It he doesn't then ask him if he would be part of your plan and you two spend some time together, getting to know each other. You don't know its love until you have spent some time together. Good Luck.

If you love him then you need to give him his space and let him tell you when hes ready,pressuring him will only make it worse.You've expressed how you feel about him now all you can do is wait until hes ready to tell you how he feels.
