Last summer I was 20 and got pulled over for DWI. I had my lisence revoked and am driving on a conditional lisence now. I got pulled over yesturday with half a bottle of alcohol in my car. I was issued a ticket and told to appear in court. I am currently still 20 , my birthday is in april. What is going to happen?

oh boy...you are lucky you wern't thrown in jail immediately. Your conditional license will be taken away probably mandatory attendance at AA meetings and your insurance will be cancelled. (and all if this is the judge is in a good mood and you are very very nice to your insurance company) bad move.

Depends on your state, county and so on...law. Just plead guitly and remind the court of your remorse and how you will NEVER, EVER make this mistake again. Ask for community service, counseling or an Alcohol Awareness course. Again, throw yourself to the mercy of the judge and let them know that we are(were), young and stupid and make bad choices but that you do not want this to affect the rest of your life (which sadly it probably will anyways). Just show that you are responsible and go to court dress nice and prepare..going with a character witness (like an older positive role model would be good too). Good Luck!

You are going to lose your license. You will likely be court ordered to attend alcohol abuse treatment classes. That is something I would start now to show to the court that you are making an active attempt at correcting your behavior. If you continue to drink at this rate, there is a good chance that you may never see your license again.

You may lose your license entirely for awhile. Probably hit you with a fine also. It depends on your judge though. Also, with the two alcohol involved cases, you may be looking at mandated AA classes. Either way, good luck with your court date. Don't just not go, you'll end up with a warrant for your arrest. Hope the judge is pretty coo, and you get off with minor scratches.

My wager is which you violated your casual probation with the court docket and you will possibly be able to finally finally end up doing a splash penal complex time. while you may clarify the coverage venture ok there is not any way that your going to have the flexibility to describe away the drug value. in spite of if its marijuana. i might say which you place your self into extremely a venture. Courts frown upon those that are on any form of probation entering into extra concern with the regulation. you have somewhat placed your self into extremely a venture to declare the least. Get your self a good legal professional for the reason which you will % one with this. once you flow to court docket purely be confident you besides might carry your coverage stuff with you because of fact the choose might desire to work out for him self that, that has been cleared up. in line with possibility if your fortunate the choose provide you with supervised probation, so as which you will might desire to report to a probation Officer. and in line with possibility he additionally will request which you're taking drug training. that would desire to be extra ideal than going to penal complex. I wish you the ideal of success. Please initiate questioning forward in the previous you do issues so as which you would be able to stay out of concern. You should have a extra ideal life with out all of the drama.
