can any1 help wen im downloaded films some ov them are in AVI files does any 1 knw wot will let me play them?

Check out VLC Player, its a free open source video player available here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

alternatively you are going to get a CoDec pack which are available all over the 'net. K-Lite is one of the most popular: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

ps: I also recommend a dictionary. Available for free here: http://dictionary.reference.com/ (Being illiterate isn't cool anymore)

download DivX or Real player they work for avi files or right click the file and press open with then let web service choose program they give you a list of them

Try to use K-Lite Codec Pack. u can play all popular movie formats and even some rare formats. I've been using this for almost a year now. Tested GOOD!. try this site www.katz.ws

U need the avi codecs for playing them. Either install a codec pack like the klite codec pack or use the VLC media player...

.avi format - is a RealPlayer file - download RealPlayer to view that file

.mpg / .mpeg format - is a Windows Media Player file
.mov format - is a quicktime file

you can play them with windows media player but may have to download divx or xvid codec to keep them in sync...Hope this helps
