Well, I have been flirting with this hot guy that comes in to my work...what seems to work best is when I really flirt one time, then kind of back off the next time (while still giving him a look or two)...then the next time, flirt again...seems to make him a little crazy...keep him a little off balance...and, yeah, I know it's hard to back off because you just want him so bad...but try it, you'll see...plus, it's a lot of fun seeing him trying to get YOUR attention...

Find out what he's into...(hobbies, sports) and then ask him about it...what he likes most about it, what he likes least about it...(I heard you like this, a friend and I were just talking about that and were wondering if you could answer a question for us...)
Key point: everyone loves to talk about themselves...so let him talk about himself for a bit as an icebreaker...then let the conversation go naturally...be yourself...you're not interviewing for a job, you're just having a conversation...

i agree with centurio becuase one time...this guy was at my locker and was talking to me...and all i said was "sweet, well have a good weekend" and then smiled and walked away.
He chased after me...and never let me do that again
