In other words, how long amount of time before our hair on our arms is all "new" hair?

it will vary.....hair grows faster in the summer....don't shave it whatever you do...

really slow you can barely see my arm hair. i have a friend who use to think i shaved it. my leg hair grows really slow too i shave every 2-3 weeks. when its 2-3 weeks long its the same thing as when my friends dont shave for 2 days. my head hair grows extremely slow too. so theres ups and downs about hair growing slow :)

probably as long as it takes for new hair to grow on legs.

I dont know. Im 19 and ive never grown hair anywere exepct my head.

depends on dna and the weather. .oo7 for blacks in hot weather and .oo2 for chinese. for american natives, it aint gonna grow at all.
